You’ll Love this Easy Lemon Garlic Tilapia Recipe

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Here’s an easy lunch or dinner recipe to keep things fresh and energetic, and empower you to healthy living.

This lemon garlic tilapia recipe contains all the best food and ingredients for your health. Lemon infused-tilapia that’s low in carbs and non-starchy veggies high in nutrients provide for a light, mouth watery, yummy meal*.

  • 1-2 thawed Tilapia fillets
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • Half of a lemon
  • ⅛ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Salt/Himalayan salt
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper/Lemon pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Parsley


  • Start sauteing garlic and 1 tbsp of lemon juice in a frying pan.
  • Once Tilapia is thawed, pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Place fish in the pan.
  • Squeeze the rest of the lemon juice onto both sides of fish.
  • Season both sides of Tilapia with onion powder, Himalayan salt, lemon pepper, chili powder, parsley.
  • Cut up and place lemon slices in the pan near the sides of the fish.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  • Top with parsley.

Veggie Mix


  • 1-2 crowns of broccoli, chopped
  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes
  • Half a Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of Avocado oil
  • ⅛ tsp Onion powder
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Lawry’s salt
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning


  • In the same pan you cooked the fish, coat it lightly with oil.
  • Throw in your chopped veggies: tomatoes, zucchini, and Broccoli and stir together with oil.
  • Add seasonings.
  • Occasionally stir while cooking for 10 minutes on medium/high heat or until soft.

Serve with tilapia. Enjoy!
